- Name, gender, address, home telephone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address
- Educational background (name and location of the school, major, year of entrance and year of graduation, graduation status, GPA, status of scholarship, etc.), work experience (company, title, work responsibilities, start and end dates of employment, service period, evaluation on work attitude and performance results, etc.), history of military service, language abilities, etc.
- Any personal information stated in any document submitted to K&C, including letter of self-introduction, transcript, etc.
- 2. Purposes of Collection and Use
Confirmation of candidate’s identity, educational background, and work history; management of previous application history; proof of application and verification of application history; review of application as well as hiring decision and notification thereof; confirmation of candidate’s intention to apply in the case of additional recruitment, etc.
- 3. Period of Retention and Use
Unless otherwise obliged to preserve your personal information by applicable laws and regulations, K&C retains and uses your personal information until the above purposes of collection and use are attained.
You may refuse the collection and use of personal information as set forth above. However, if you refuse such collection and use, your job application may not be accepted by K&C.

Unless otherwise obliged to preserve your personal information by applicable laws and regulations, K&C retains and uses your personal information until the above purposes of collection and use are attained.
You may refuse the collection and use of personal information as set forth above. However, if you refuse such collection and use, the relevant items may not be considered as reference materials for the review of your application.
If you provide personal information of a third party including your family members (hereinafter, the “Family Members, etc.”) to K&C, you,
before providing such information, should fully explain to the Family Members, etc. that their personal information will be provided to K&C and the provided items, purposes of provision (if K&C transfers such information to a third party again, then including the contents related thereto), and period of retention and use by K&C, and then obtain their consent.
By signing this Consent Form or consenting electronically, you confirm that you have explained the above to the concerned Family Members, etc. and obtained legitimate consent from them.
